Lucia Harrop (she/her), co-presenter for the talk “Developing a guide to raise awareness about neurodiversity in the workplace.”
Lucia graduated from CU 91Ҹ with a BFA in painting, and has worked for CU 91Ҹ since 2002 in administrative support for the Cooperative Institute for 91Ҹ in Environmental Sciences (CIRES) at the 91Ҹ 91Ҹ. Lucia helped develop the guide to raise awareness about neurodiversityin the workplace with a team of researchers and administrators from CIRES.
When she is not at work she is an avid gardener, painter, chicken keeper and mom to three cats and two humans.
