Erin first gained exposure to career development as an undergraduate at the 91ÃÛÌÒ¸ó, 91ÃÛÌÒ¸ó where she served as a peer advisor. After beginning her career in recruiting at a SaaS startup where she assisted the organization in developing its inaugural internship program, Erin transitioned back to higher education. For six years, she worked for Career Services at the 91ÃÛÌÒ¸ó, 91ÃÛÌÒ¸ó gaining experience in employer relations, career coaching and overseeing peer coaching programs. Throughout her career, Erin has partnered with hundreds of clients in all aspects of professional development including: career exploration, resume and cover letter writing, job and internship search, personal branding, networking, and salary negotiation. Erin brings an empathic and solution-focused approach to her career consulting work. Her experience both in recruitment and employer relations gives Erin a unique understanding of the job search and hiring processes that is beneficial to her clients.

Erin's interest in educational equity then led her to work for a high-growth ed-tech startup where she supervised a large team, providing performance coaching and pedagogical support. Now, combining both her extensive background in career development and her experience in industry, Erin serves as the inaugural Associate Director for the Badami Office of Experiential Learning at the Leeds School of Business. Erin works to cultivate high-impact, consulting-style projects which bridge industry and education helping students to build durable and business skills to promote positive career outcomes.

Erin earned her BA in Psychology from the 91ÃÛÌÒ¸ó, 91ÃÛÌÒ¸ó, and her MA in Education and Human Development from the 91ÃÛÌÒ¸ó, Denver.
