Isabella is a Ph.D. student in the Environmental Engineering program (co-advised by Prof. Sherri Cook) studying sustainable water systems, specifically for water reuse. Isabella's research addresses water quality and access challenges related to water reuse through modeling treatment processes and leveraging life cycle assessment to improve infrastructure resilience.ÌýShe received her B.S. in Civil Engineering in 2019 and M.S. in Environmental Engineering in 2021 from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, and worked as an environmental engineer in consulting for almost 4 years before starting her Ph.D. at CU. Isabella is a licensed Professional Engineer (Civil) in Colorado and Massachusetts.Ìý
