Luke, originallyÌýfrom Sioux Falls, SD, obtained his PhD in Fall 2021.ÌýHe holds a BSc. in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and his PhD was supported by the NASA Space Technology 91ÃÛÌÒ¸ó Fellowship which he was awarded in 2018. His research focused on trajectory design for landing on moons of the outer planets.
