Mark, originallyÌýfrom Briarcliff Manor, NY, obntained his PhD in Summer 2022.ÌýHe holds a BSc. in Aerospace Engineering and a BSc. in Astronomy from the University of Maryland, and wasÌýsupported by the NASA Space Technology 91ÃÛÌÒ¸ó Fellowship that he was awarded in 2018. During his PhD,ÌýMark studied the highly perturbed orbital environmentÌýat active comets with applications to mission planning, operations, and science.
