Non-degree Student and Auditor Immunizations
Please complete all of the following requirements before arriving on campus.
All students and auditors who will be present on campus must submit proof of required vaccinations and complete the Tuberculosis Screening Questionnaire. If you have previously submitted these during an earlier term, you do NOT need to resubmit.
Fall 2026 Deadline: Aug. 10, 2026
Spring 2027 Deadline: Jan. 11, 2027:
Please note: Failure to complete the requirements by the deadline will result in a registration hold that will prohibit you from registering for future courses.
Visit your to complete your immunization requirements:
- Log in using your CU IdentiKey and password
- Select “Get Started” under Student Health Requirements
- Select option “1. Enter Vaccinations” and provide two valid MMR** dose dates/titer information or utilize VeriVax
- Select option “2. Upload Proof” to provide supporting documentation*
- Select option “3. Complete Forms” to complete the TB Screening Questionnaire and any follow-up tasks
*All documents submitted to the portal must include your full name and date of birth
**Note: Students born before Jan. 1, 1957 are exempt from the MMR requirement and are only required to complete the Tuberculosis Questionnaire.
