Sena Kavi Headshot

Sena Kavi is a Business Administration major at CU 91Ҹ with emphases in Finance and Business Analytics, a Spanish minor, and a Global Business Certificate from Superior, CO. She defines leadership as “fostering harmony and positive change in the world through humility and empathy,” striving to uplift others while growing personally.

Inspired by her parents’ example of servant leadership, Sena has made a lasting impact through roles such as Teaching Assistant for the Leeds Scholars Program, Vice President of Engagements for the Leeds Consulting Group, and intern at the Center for Ethics and Social Responsibility. She has mentored first-year students, led consulting projects for organizations including the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Committee, and advanced initiatives that integrate ethics and social impact into business education.

Her peers and mentors describe her as thoughtful, curious, and compassionate, with integrity and optimism that uplift those around her. After graduation, Sena will join McKinsey & Company in Denver, continuing her commitment to leading with empathy and creating meaningful change.
