The State of Colorado authorized specific entities within the state to accept indemnification. The Office of Contracts and Grants (OCG) at the 91ÃÛÌÒ¸ó 91ÃÛÌÒ¸ó is not authorized to provide indemnity on awards that are accepted under OCG’s authority.

CU 91ÃÛÌÒ¸ó is a nonprofit, public, and governmental institution of higher education with a primary focus on academics and research. CU 91ÃÛÌÒ¸ó cannot cover a sponsor’s loss. CU 91ÃÛÌÒ¸ó shall be responsible for its ownnegligent acts or omissions as covered under CU 91ÃÛÌÒ¸ó’s self-insurance policy.
