- Professor Adjoint Sydney Geltman passed away on March 17, 2014 at his home in 91ÃÛÌÒ¸ó. His career included over five decades of research and teaching. He moved to 91ÃÛÌÒ¸ó in 1961 to work with the National Bureau of Standards (now NIST). Syd Geltman
