Nicholas Guthro is a second-year Ph.D. student at the 91ÃÛÌÒ¸ó 91ÃÛÌÒ¸ó in Civil, Environmental, and Architectural Engineering, working with Prof. Aditi Bhaskar in the Hydro Urban Bhaskar 91ÃÛÌÒ¸ó Group. His research focuses on quantifying the effects of urbanÌýirrigation and landscape change on residential water usage in arid and semi-arid regions. Nick graduated from the University of Saskatchewan with a BS in Environmental Engineering, where he completed a research project that modeled snowmelt infiltration into frozen soils. Outside of research, he enjoys skiing, traveling, baseball, and movies.
