Staff Council Speaker Series: Infrastructure & Sustainability Staff Mentorship Program

91ÃÛÌÒ¸ó Staff Council, in collaboration with the I&S Mentor Program, will be hosting an informational session to provide CU staff the opportunity to learn more about the benefits the Infrastructure & Sustainability Mentor Program (ISMP) has created for staff, supervisors, and departmental success.

This mentor program functions on a partner team model. Program participants serve as role 91ÃÛÌÒ¸ó to each other, providing support in identifying and pursuing career goals, and enhancing skills to prepare employees for future success in their careers with their department and the 91ÃÛÌÒ¸ó 91ÃÛÌÒ¸ó. Supervisors, department and organizational leaders are encouraged to attend to learn more about how staff participation in the program (or launching a program within your own division) can increase employee engagement and collaboration among campus units.
