Operations initiatives enhancing faculty, staff experience
Collaborating with partners across campus, CU 91ÃÛÌÒ¸ó’s Operations team has advanced a number of exciting projects this spring that enhance the faculty and staff experience and help make CU 91ÃÛÌÒ¸ó an employer of choice—a small sampling of which include:
- Launch of the newÌýCU Recharge strength training program for faculty and staff
- The activation of door-locking devices thatÌýenhance safety in large auditorium-style classrooms
- Partnership with offices and constituents across campus toÌýadvance AI literacy
- Preparing campus for theÌý
- A multi-yearÌýpolicy review project ensuring all policies are clear, consistent and aligned with how the campus operates today
