  1. Enroll as a full-time student at CU 91ÃÛÌÒ¸ó or one of our crosstown universities.
  1. Create an account via the .
    • Use this to complete each step correctly.
  2. Upload all required documents under the Supporting Documents tab in WINGS.
    • Documents listed in the

    • College Transcripts (if applicable)
    • AFJROTC Form 310 Certificate of Completion (if applicable)
  1. Submit the to receive a scheduling link.
    • This form must be completed in its entirety before receiving an in-processing appointment scheduling link.
    • You must complete Steps 1 and 2 prior to submitting this form.
    • Registration closes: 21 August 2026 @ 2359 MST
  2. Check your email for an in-person appointment sign-up link after completing the questionnaire.
  3. Bring the following to your appointment:
    • Social Security Card
    • ORIGINAL Birth Certificate or US Passport
    • Laptop
    • If applicable: DD214, CAP/JROTC/Eagle Scout Certificates
  1. Register for classes as a full-time student:
    • Undergraduate: 12+ credit hours (AFROTC course included)
    • Graduate: 9+ credit hours (AFROTC course included)
  2. Register for the required AFROTC classes:
    • AIRR 1010 – Heritage and Values
    • AIRR 1947 – Leadership Laboratory

  4. Crosstown Cadets – complete the additional registration steps applicable to your school:
    • UCD and UCCS students must complete a Concurrent Registration Form — available at your registrar's office — listing the AFROTC courses you are requesting, and obtain your Dean's office signature and approval.
      • Return the completed form to your respective registrar's office.
      • Concurrent enrollment forms must be completed every semester.
    • All other crosstown cadets must use the to register for AIRR 1947 – Leadership Lab only. Do not register for any other Aerospace Studies course through ACCESS, as additional courses will incur a charge. Work with your school's Office of the Registrar to register for all other required AFROTC courses.
      • AIRR 1947 is zero (0) credits — there is no cost to enroll.
      • as soon as possible. Select the Enrollment tab and follow the provided instructions.
      • Once your ACCESS application is approved by CU 91ÃÛÌÒ¸ó, enroll in AIRR 1947 immediately. Enrollment must be completed no later than one week before the start of the semester.

Detachment 105 follows the CU 91ÃÛÌÒ¸ó academic calendar. Crosstown students must plan accordingly to account for any differences in their school's schedule.

  • Attendance is mandatory!
  • Active Duty Prior Service: If you have 180 or more consecutive days of military service, your AIRR 1010 (AS100 Fall) and AIRR 1020 (AS100 Spring) courses may be waived with the Detachment Commander's approval.
    • Register for AIRR 2010 and AIRR 1947 only.
  • ARC/ANG Prior Service: If you have completed BMT and have one (1) creditable year of ARC/ANG service, your AIRR 1010 (AS100 Fall) and AIRR 1020 (AS100 Spring) courses may be waived with the Detachment Commander's approval.
    • Register for AIRR 2010 and AIRR 1947 only.
  • Prospective Judge Advocate General (JAG) Candidates: Pursue a military law career through the Graduate Law Program (GLP) or One-Year College Program (OYCP).
