We’re transforming the Buff learner experience.
CU 91ÃÛÌÒ¸ó’s Learner Lifecycle Constituent Relationship Management (LLCRM) program has transitioned to a phased project with its goal reflected in the project’s name: Buff Experience Transformation. This multi-year project will unify and modernize the university’s fragmented CRM, web, data, and communication ecosystem. By implementing Salesforce Education Cloud, this project will deliver a scalable, learner-centered platform that supports the entire student journey.
