Governance

The Buff Experience Transformation governance structure includes cross-functional representation from our campus, ensuring engagement and dialogue among key stakeholders. The governance model provides strategic direction, improves transparency, and leverages appropriate technical and functional expertise as needed. ÌýAs this project progresses through the phases, additional working groups will be added to ensure representation of the functional areas that are part of the in-progress phases.

How will the CU 91ÃÛÌÒ¸ó Community Participate and Stay Involved?

The CRM strategy and roadmap are aligned with OIT’s Technical and Business Operating Principles and managed by governing bodies (listed below) that include cross-functional representation from university leaders who will provide ongoing guidance. Additionally, the CRM Strategy Steering Committee is engaging the CU 91ÃÛÌÒ¸ó community in the planning process. This engagement will continue throughout the roadmap, involving new voices along the way to ensure the implementation will meet the needs of the CU 91ÃÛÌÒ¸ó community.Ìý
