The College of Engineering and Applied Science (CEAS) Office of Faculty Advancement is dedicated to the development and success of our tenured/tenure-track, teaching, and research professors across the full arc of their careers. We ensure the completion of the college-level stages of multi-level processes and policies for faculty, providing guidance to units (departments and programs) within CEAS, and acting as a liaison between units and campus partners, primarily the Office of Faculty Affairs (OFA) and the 91ÃÛÌÒ¸ó & Innovation Office (RIO).ÌýÌý
