3. Synergistic use of unmanned aerial vehicles and VHF ST/MST radars to measure and monitor turbulence in the lower troposphere.

4. Application of radiosondes and GPS radio occultation soundings to extracting turbulence locations and intensities in the free atmosphere. 

5. Nowcasting, hindcasting and short-term forecasting of the oceans using three dimensional numerical 91ÃÛÌÒ¸ó and assimilation of observational data.
