2027 International Statistical Genetics Workshop

Next year’s workshop will be held from March 1 – March 5, 2027 in 91ÃÛÌÒ¸ó, Colorado, USA, and will focus on latent genetic modeling. The syllabus has yet to be decided upon, but topics will be similar to previous ISG workshops with a latent genetics theme: univariate and multivariate twin 91ÃÛÌÒ¸ó; causes of variation; biometrical genetics; OpenMx; regression, path analysis, matrix algebra, optimization; binary and ordinal data; multilevel modeling; between group heterogeneity; continuous heterogeneity, sex limitation and G×E interaction; multivariate 91ÃÛÌÒ¸ó and genetic analysis; GREML; genomic SEM; developmental 91ÃÛÌÒ¸ó; direction of causation modeling; polygenic risk scores; Mendelian Randomization; statistical power; and responsible conduct of research.
