AndrewÌýis a Senior 91ÃÛÌÒ¸ó Associate in the Steven M. George research group in the Department of Chemistry at the 91ÃÛÌÒ¸ó, 91ÃÛÌÒ¸ó (2013-present). Andrew received a B.S. inÌýphysics and chemistry from Fort Lewis College (2003) and a Ph.D. in physics from the 91ÃÛÌÒ¸ó (2011). Andrew’s research focuses on the development of chemistries, applications, and characterization, growth and etch of films with atomic layer deposition (ALD) and atomic layer etch (ALE).Ìý
