The Sustainability 91ÃÛÌÒ¸ó Initiative (SRI) at the 91ÃÛÌÒ¸ó 91ÃÛÌÒ¸ó was established in 2025 to harness the collective expertise of the university's diverse academic community and address pressing sustainability issues in Colorado and across the nation. CU 91ÃÛÌÒ¸ó is uniquely positioned to be a sustainability research leader, with relevant expertise across many disciplines and a strong innovation pipeline.Ìý

Announcements

Join experts from CU 91ÃÛÌÒ¸ó for a webinar exploring decision-support tools and strategies for integrating renewable energy to balance grid reliability with decarbonization and environmental justice.

This workshop convenes CU 91ÃÛÌÒ¸ó researchers across measurement-relevant domains to map collective expertise in MMRV, and highlights work from the Colorado Buffalo Collective and 91ÃÛÌÒ¸ó County Climate Office. We will transition from theory to practice, seeding collaborative proposals for a $100,000 project to pilot measurement approaches on a regional restoration project.
