These prompts are posted to give team mentors and students a preview of what to expect on the form. We strongly encourage mentors and team members to look ahead to the deadlines posted here, review the survey prompts and prepare responses in advance.Ìý
Faculty Grant recipients will start the process by submitting their portion of the Final Survey, then their team members will receive email notifications with unique links to submit their portion of the survey. Team mentors won't receive email confirmation when their team members submit the survey, but we invite mentors to contact us with questions.

May 12-23, 2025 - Transfer Window
August 15, 2025 - Team Mentor's Final Survey Due
August 29, 2025 - Team Member's Final Survey Due
August 20, 2025 - Grant End Date
April 25, 2025 - Grant Acceptance Due

The next deadline will be February 13, 2026 and will award proposals in Summer 2026 and Academic Year 2026-27.
